Payment Plans

We work with multiple companies to provide financing/payment plans for patients. Many allow you to pre-qualify WITHOUT impacting your credit! Applications can be completed quickly at your consultation.

Available Financing / Payment Options

Accepted Insurance

We accept most major insurance companies, including Cigna, Delta Dental, Ameritas, and Humana. We accept most dental insurance plans that offer both in-network and out-of-network benefits and we are in-network with most carriers.

External Payment Plan

We work with CareCredit® and Proceed Finance as third-party payment options for dental expenses. You can design a payment plan that works for you with no interest, no hidden fees, and no annual fees. The application process is simple and efficient.

We also accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover. If you have any questions about your bill or our accepted forms of payment please contact our office—we will be happy to answer any questions.

Our dentist offices in Greeley and Fort Collins, CO accept most major insurance providers and Medicaid. We also accept Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program). Our team is knowledgeable about dental insurance, so we’re happy to file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment, so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
